Full Mission

Justice 4 Herb works to defend cannabis and hemp freedom in Hawaiʻi by ensuring laws are fair, transparent, and applied without bias. Our mission is to stop regulatory overreach that weaponizes hemp law changes to benefit dispensary monopolies, while protecting small businesses, patient access, and consumer choice.

CASE NUMBER: CV25-00358-JAO-WRP

We have fought tirelessly for over two years to create a legal, transparent, and community-centered hemp market. We have followed every rule, paid every tax, provided certificates of analysis for every product, and supported our neighbors. If these bills and rules are not repealed, stores will close, the state will lose crucial tax revenue, thousands of residents will lose access to critical wellness products, and honest business owners will become criminals overnight.

Why a Go Fund Me?

We are raising funds to fight back legally, to repeal all laws and rules that hurt Hawaiʻi's hemp industry, and to protect the fundamental right of every Hawaiʻi resident to choose safe, natural wellness options.

We are working to file a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) and pursue broader legal action to ensure a fair, open market that serves the people of Hawai'i — not politics or corporate greed.

Formal Requests

We have submitted formal requests to the Governor's Office and the Attorney General's office to:
1. Suspend active litigation in Alyas v. Green to preserve public funds pending review of the case's cost-benefit calculus;
2. Pursue settlement negotiations to establish a practical accommodation during the ten-month enforcement window; and
3. Provide a full public accounting of staff hours and expenditures allocated to this case through the current date.

Thank You

Thank you to our clients who have given us the ability to call Oahu home the last two years. Thank you to our friends and family for the support. We FIGHT for our community and for Cannabis FREEDOM for all people.

Our Vision

Recent changes to Hawaiʻi’s hemp and cannabis laws have created a regulatory environment that no longer protects fairness, small businesses, or consumer choice.

Under the guise of public safety and compliance, new hemp regulations have effectively criminalized or eliminated lawful hemp products that were previously legal, widely used, and responsibly sold. These changes were implemented rapidly, with limited transparency, and without meaningful consideration for the thousands of small businesses, farmers, retailers, and consumers who rely on hemp-derived products.

— where care drives change.

Help us preserve access to hemp, defend our rights, and keep Hawaiʻi’s wellness community alive and thriving.

We believe no one should have to live in pain or fear because of corruption and hidden agendas. We believe in medical freedom, privacy, and local self-sufficiency. We believe that together, we can win this fight and set a powerful example for the entire nation.

Businesses Effected by the Law Change...or should we say Families.

150+

Over 300 people directly supported through active hemp businesses that run across the island lose their business and way of life supporting their loving families

Dispensary Allocation

100%

Dispensary licenses are 100% allocated and are all being used. No new licenses will be issued which means only the players with millions of dollars benefit from racking up pricing and providing sub-par medicine.

Natives Denied Proper Medicine

12K+

12K+ locals to the Islands will be denied their proper medication without traveling to distant islands, spending more money on registration and providing access to personal medical records.
